In early 1998 we recorded this 21 minute soundtrack for a planned psychedelic super8 movie that i wanted to make. I wasn't sure how i was gonna edit the film all together, but i figured if i started with the audio i could time the film shots to sync up with it. This was well before the ease of laptop Premiere Pro kind of video editing.

Some of the tracks were more atmospheric to work with the movie's storyboard, but some of it was still pretty heavy. WINK and WAIT FOR TOMORROW were reworked leftovers from the 1996 "Eerieconsiliation" LP but the rest of the songs were written for this project.

We were still on Subpop at this point, but they let us license it to our friends at Murderecords for a Canadian CD only release. It hasn't been available since it's original release and isn't streaming anywhere online, so i've decided to put a nice remastered version of it up here on my bandcamp archive.

The movie was filmed slowly between the summer of 98 and the spring of 1999, and mostly just documented our life in the house at 109 Rivercrest ave in Riverview NB. All shot on B+W and Colour super 8 film. An early cut and tape edit of the film was projected onto a sheet and video taped for a showing at a Toronto art gallery in Oct 2000 plus a very limited VHS release. More editing was later done during 2004, then finally finished in 2014 with a proper good quality digital transfer.
